Fraud Prevention & Monitoring

We actively monitor all creator accounts for suspicious activity to protect both supporters and creators. Our fraud detection systems continuously analyze transaction patterns and account behavior.

Stolen Card & Money Laundering Policy

Zero Tolerance Policy

Any suspicion or evidence of stolen card usage or money laundering will result in:

  • Immediate account suspension and permanent ban
  • All payments will be refunded to supporters using their original payment method
  • Reporting to relevant authorities as required by law
  • Legal action may be pursued

Gambling & Prohibited Activities

Strictly Prohibited

Any suspicion of online gambling activities or gambling-related payments will result in:

  • Immediate investigation and account suspension
  • Full refund of all transactions to supporters
  • Permanent account ban
  • Reporting to relevant regulatory authorities

Document Verification for Payouts

To ensure platform integrity and prevent fraud, we require document verification before processing payouts:

  • Multiple Account Prevention: Creators cannot operate multiple Chya Kharcha accounts under different usernames or bank accounts
  • Payout Monitoring: We actively monitor for duplicate accounts during payout processing
  • Payment Holds: Payouts may be held if any suspicious activity or policy violations are detected
  • Investigation Period: We reserve the right to investigate accounts before releasing funds

Identity Verification Requirements

Mandatory Verification

Creator account owner and bank account information must match and will be verified:

  • Legal name on creator account must match bank account holder name
  • Government-issued ID verification may be required
  • Bank account ownership verification is mandatory for payouts
  • Mismatched information will result in payout delays or account suspension

Digital Services Verification

For creators offering digital services, we verify the authenticity and completion of services to protect supporters:

  • Completion Notes Review: We review completion notes to verify actual digital service delivery
  • Generic/Fake Services: Putting generic or fake digital service descriptions is strictly monitored and prohibited
  • Service Disclosure: Creators must clearly disclose what kind of digital service they are selling
  • Service Delivery: Failure to deliver promised services may result in refunds and account penalties
  • Quality Standards: Digital services must meet reasonable quality standards as described

Age Requirement

Minimum Age: 18 Years

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Chya Kharcha. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Accounts found to be operated by individuals under 18 will be immediately suspended.

Enforcement & Appeals

We take these policies seriously and enforce them consistently. If your account is suspended or banned, you may appeal the decision by contacting our support team with relevant documentation. However, decisions regarding fraud, money laundering, or gambling activities are final and non-appealable.
