Everything you sell here has to be yours. You may list a design, product or service only if you created it or hold the rights to sell it. This applies to every listing, and it applies most sharply to print-on-demand, where uploading someone else's artwork takes seconds.
You may not upload or list
AI-generated artwork is allowed, but the rules above still hold: a prompt naming a real brand or a copyrighted character produces an infringing design, and listing it is your responsibility rather than the tool's.
What happens if a listing infringes. It is removed, and any order already placed against it is refunded to the buyer. Because print-on-demand orders are printed and shipped by us, an infringing design that reaches production is a cost we recover from the creator's balance. Repeat infringement results in loss of selling privileges, and a rights holder's formal complaint may be passed on to them along with the information we are required to provide.
